Staff

Since its re-opening in June 2015 our Nursery has 3 members of qualified staff and a permanent student who is with us for her duration of course training for her level 3 qualification.

• Our director holds Early Years Teacher Status (Postgraduate qualification) of which the nursery manager is currently working towards.

Our setting Manager has level 3 and more than 22 years experience in a range of childcare experience in a wide rang of childcare settings including children centres, private nurseries, day-care nurseries, private schools and community nurseries. She is currently undertaking a foundation degree in early years and childhood with Open University which will elevate her qualification status to level 5.

 

 One Member of staff is an Apprentice level 2 and is being supported by the nursery to achieve their Level 3 childcare, and continue to develop her knowledge through training and support from her higher qualified peers.

We continue to improve our knowledge through various external courses.
